Payer & Market Access Expert — Gross-to-Net & Formulary Strategy

Mercor is partnering with a biotech and pharma research team on expert human-evaluation work — creating and critiquing rubrics that analyze commercial drugs and drug-development programs. We're seeking a payer / market access expert for a paid pilot, with the potential to continue as the work scales.

Responsibilities

• Create and critique rubrics that analyze commercial drugs and drug-development programs
• Set gross-to-net and formulary-tier assumptions by drug class

Engagement Details

• Duration: Approximately 10–20 hours over a 1–2 week paid pilot (analysis across roughly 5–10 companies); recurring for strong contributors
• Compensation: $175–$300/hour
• Location: Remote — US-based, or deep US-market experience (payer, formulary, and launch dynamics are US-specific); some overlap with US hours for occasional calls
