• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• Prices may change without notice; enrolled users keep their rate
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes

Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for course purchases, provided:

• You have not completed more than 25% of the course content
• You have not attempted any certification assessments
• You request the refund within 14 days of purchase

5. Certification and Credentials

Upon successful completion of a certification program:

• You will receive a digital certificate with a unique verification code
• Certificates are valid for 2 years from the date of issue
• Employers can verify certificates through our verification system
• Certificates are non-transferable and issued to the individual who completed the program

Academic Integrity

You agree to complete all assessments honestly and without external assistance unless explicitly permitted. Violations may result in:

• Revocation of certificates
• Suspension or termination of your account
• Forfeiture of course fees

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Annotation Academy, including but not limited to:

• Course materials, videos, and written content
• Assessment questions and answers
• Software, code, and platform design
• Logos, trademarks, and branding

is owned by Annotation Academy or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share, distribute, or sell course materials
• Use automated systems to access the Service (bots, scrapers)
• Attempt to bypass security measures or access restrictions
• Share assessment questions or answers with others
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

While our certifications are designed to prepare you for AI evaluation roles, we do not guarantee employment outcomes.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANNOTATION ACADEMY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Annotation Academy and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:

• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment of fees

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
